Return Policy

All orders are final, once you have completely placed an order, it is no longer cancellable, modifiable, alterable in quantities, redirectable to a different shipping address, nor even returnable unless authorized by the support and logistics department.

We utilize automated systems to ship your ordered products as quickly as possible to ensure timely delivery. If you have placed an order and wish to have it canceled, we will do our very best to process your cancellation request prior to your order shipping.

If your order has already been shipped, cancelation cannot be easily be done or effected.

A product can then only be returned once our qualified support staff issues a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Purchases can only be returned within fourteen days of arrival.

Once an authorization has been provided by our Customer Support to your returnable order, you will need to comply with the following instructions:

  • Return the package to the address given by our Customer Supportrepresentative.
  • All returned packages must be sent via Priority mail with a tracking number.
  • We highly recommend that when returning a package, make sure that it has parcel insurance coverage which should be commensurate with the accurate purchase price. Insuring your package will minimize your liability while in transit, ensuring that any damage made on the box or its contained products due to mishandling of the courier or any other untoward circumstances which could result to theft, lost or otherwise irreparable damage on the package during transit will be covered by the insurance you obtained.
  • We would like to discreetly advise you that if the seal of the returned package and its contents have been tampered, removed, altered, or otherwise damaged, i.e. sticker etc., your claims for the returned order will automatically be considered as consumed items, and we will instantaneously void any possible refunding available under our Return policy.

Furthermore, please make sure you comply and carryout the foregoing directives:

  • Fully inspect all deliveries before signing the receipt even if you do not plan on opening the package right away.
  • In case your delivered package appears to have visible damage or if the products itself would show signs of deterioration that it’s not suitable for human ingestion, Do not accept the delivery, immediately contact our Customer Service for further advice, and we would gladly arrange a new shipment for you.
  • For claims made under (i) damaged parcels, or (ii) products that appears to be unsuitable for human consumption and (ii) claims for missing items in the ordered package, you must properly document the received delivery and you must also strictly provide validated proofs to support your claims, including but not limited to the following:
    • Specific description on the condition of the package received during delivery.
    • Photographs of the interior and exterior of the package and products received.
    • Providing detailed account on the package/products and such other information that are material to support the claim.

We generally accord our customers with a seven (7) days period in order for you to report and file a claim any damaged packages and products. Should you fail to meet the terms in the given period to file a report, these claims are deemed unacceptable and instantly voided. However, if the customer fully signs and receives an alleged damaged parcel, it will be construed to be accepted, and complaints made thereafter will be invalidated or nullified.

We remain resolute in our policy to reject claims for (i) damaged parcels, (ii) missing items, or (iii) order returns, which are insufficiently supported by authentic documentation or have failed our evaluation procedures upon verification of those claims made.

Products that are returned without a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) issued by our Customer Support Team will not be accepted. This also applies to packages returned without an RMA, that are damaged, altered, have broken seals and labels, which are considered non-resalable or not suitable for consumption. The aforementioned conditions would automatically void all claims under the return policy.

Shipping and handling, postal and inspection charges are non-refundable.
